Empower Youth Music is a Canadian non-profit dedicated to empowering at-risk youth through access to music education, unique creative opportunities, and mentorship with career artists and educators. We believe in the transformative power of artistic expression to help young people discover their voice, build self-identity, and pursue meaningful life paths.
By fostering community, creativity, and guidance through the arts, we inspire positive social change and remove barriers to creativity and arts education for youth who need it most.

Why EYM?
Many young people face growing barriers to creative opportunity as arts programs are increasingly cut from schools and communities, limiting access to experiences that build confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging. Drawing on decades of experience leading youth-centered media projects, large-scale community showcases, and high-impact creative initiatives, our team is committed to expanding access to arts education and empowering young people to discover and develop their full creative potential.

"We Are the Love" by Devon Paul, featuring Emma Stevens and youth from Canada and Ukraine, is an uplifting anthem about hope and unity. Celebrating the power of young people as the future, the song speaks out against war and shows how love and collaboration can bring communities together across the world.
